Upper St. Clair Swim Club is a member of the Allegheny Mountain Swimming (AMS) organization and USA Swimming. As a member, USC Swim Club follows and participates in most meets sanctioned and endorsed by AMS.

                                          How Do I Sign Up for a Meet?
Ø      A “Meet Entry Information” form will be handed out to swimmers, distributed via email, and posted on the Club website and the bulletin board at the pool. This form will provide general information about the meet, including location, start times, order of events, and due date for submitting entry request.
Ø      In addition, a “Meet Eligibility Report” form will be emailed and posted on the website and on the bulletin board at the pool. This alpha/gender form will list eligible events for each swimmer.
Ø      Submit meet entry requests by the published due date using one of the following processes:
§         Complete the “Meet Entry Information Form” and place in the envelope hanging on the Swim Club bulletin board (in the entry to the pool spectator area).
§         Email meet entry information to Coach Donati at tvdonati@verizon.net. Include the following information in your email: Swimmer’s First and Last Name, Name of Meet, Event Number, and Event Description (i.e., Jane Doe, XYZ Meet, #23, 100 fly)
Ø      After the meet entry request deadline, Coach Donati will provide a summary of meet entries by swimmer which will be distributed via email for your review and posted on the website.
Ø      Meet entries will then be sent to the Meet Director of that meet.
